(examples of moments I have experienced shame)
✶ leaving someone you love deeply, to follow dreams that have outgrown that connection. (even if those dreams can not be defined)
✶ walking from a more body positive, safe environment into the restrictions of the city (where do they draw the line of what to wear where?)
✶ living my dream through my dead father’s resources and achievements (even though he would have wanted me to be happy, but never came close to what that meant for me)
✶ changing my needs or standing up for my initial needs
✶ letting go when others haven’t
✶ not letting go when others have
✶ not spending my free time on making my dreams come true (my dream is also to be balanced and light)
